The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, urged academic research centers to develop their research and scientific contributions and provide solutions that serve the fields of development.

During his visit to the Psychological Research Center, the Minister of Education said that the importance of these centers and their research and scientific studies lies in the success of their application and the contribution to finding spaces for academic development in the fields of specialized research such as psychological, social, medical, engineering and environmental sciences.

He explained that the Iraqi academic institution has fifty-eight research centers operating in various scientific and humanitarian fields, as well as more than sixty service centers in public and private universities, which makes it qualified to employ research and its results in community service and to qualify and develop staff.

The Minister of Education inspected the building of the Psychological Research Center and was briefed on its scientific environment, pointing to the importance of the vital role of these centers in order to serve the community and support the requirements of scientific and academic work.
