University of Basrah Organizes a Visit to Al-Zuhur Orphanage

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized a field visit to Al-Zuhur Orphanage in the Yassin Khrebit area, with the participation of several faculty members and first-year students.

The visit aimed to enhance the university's role in serving the community by engaging in activities beyond its campus, including visiting orphanages, homes for the elderly, people with special needs, and cancer patients.

During the visit, gifts such as clothes and toys were distributed to the children. The participants also shared a meal with them and organized competitions to entertain and uplift their spirits.
