University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Professional Conduct for Graduates

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah, in collaboration with the Veterinary Doctors’ Syndicate and the Veterinary Hospital, organized a workshop on professional conduct for graduates.

The aim of the workshop was to promote the concepts of professional ethics and reinforce proper behavior in the workplace as part of preparing new graduates to enter the job market.

The workshop, presented by Dr. Namir Abdul Kareem, covered topics such as veterinary professional ethics, communication skills, self-development, sustainable professional conduct, professional relationships with colleagues and animal owners, and the importance of collaboration between academic and professional institutions to ensure that veterinary personnel are qualified to bear professional and ethical responsibilities.
