University of Basra Organizes an Awareness Lecture on Hemorrhagic Fever

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized an awareness lecture on Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever for the employees of the Southern Directorate of Communications and Information Transmission of the Ministry of Electricity.

The lecture aimed to raise awareness of such disease hemorrhagic fever and its signs , to limit its spread and control.

The lecture, delivered by Dr. Israa Abdul Wadud,  were included education on the methods of infection, the transmission of the disease from animals to humans, and how to prevent it.
