The College of Veterinary Medicine Welcomes a Delegation from the College of Agriculture

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah received a group of faculty members and students from the College of Agriculture in a scientific visit aimed at strengthening academic cooperation between the two colleges within the framework of implementing the Bologna Process.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Central Research Unit, where they were briefed on the laboratory tests and analyses provided for postgraduate studies, as well as the modern and advanced equipment available in the unit.

Dr. Alia Sabti delivered a detailed explanation of the mechanism of genetic material extraction and the PCR technique.

The Dean’s Office of the College of Veterinary Medicine confirmed that this visit comes as part of its efforts to enhance scientific collaboration and exchange expertise between colleges, support the goals of the Bologna Process, and contribute to the development of the educational environment at the university.
