The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized a training course entitled "Enhancing Self-Confidence and Leadership for Women in the Political Field."

The course included six key topics presented by lecturer Noura Hamed Hassan, focusing on the importance of self-confidence and its role in shaping a successful female leader in political, social, and professional fields. It also reviewed the most prominent characteristics of successful leadership, as well as mechanisms for building a leadership identity based on self-confidence.

The course recommended reinforcing this skill, considering it a fundamental step toward achieving effective participation of women in decision-making and in building society.
