University of Basrah Faculty Publishes New Encyclopedia on Parasites

Faculty members from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah have released the second part of The Basrah Encyclopedia of Parasites.

The 60-page publication is organized into three chapters and offers comprehensive information on protozoa and flatworms. It serves as an accessible reference for the public, outlining key characteristics of these parasites, including their morphology, parasitic sites, hosts, life cycles, and methods of transmission to both humans and animals.
