Master's degree in the Basrah University discusses the comparison between blood serum samples and Follicular fluid of hormones during camel's seasonal breeder and out of it

Master's degree in the Veterinary Medicine college addressed the comparison of the breeding hormonal level between blood serum samples and follicular fluid in different seasons; during the seasonal breeder and out the seasonal breeder. 
The study aimed to evaluate progesterone hormone level and estrogen level. Also, the study estimated calcium and phosphorus level in blood serum and follicular fluid.
Mr. Assad Falah Khalaf, a master student who handle this study, found that there are significant changes in progesterone and estrogen level in the seasonal breeder period and non-seasonal breeder. While there is no change in the calcium and phosphorus level.  Furthermore, the researcher recommended further study about LH, and FSH in the blood serum and follicular fluid and study other elements like sodium chloride, selenium, enzymes, and vitamin.
