The University of Basrah and the University of Tikrit Sign a Scientific Cooperation Agreement in Veterinary Medicine
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah has signed a cooperation agreement with the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tikrit, aimed at strengthening joint scientific, administrative, and student collaboration.
The agreement includes the exchange of scientific expertise between the two colleges, joint participation in workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences, as well as cooperation in the discussion of theses, academic promotions, and the evaluation of scientific research. It also provides for activating shared administrative roles, including the organization of administrative seminars and workshops.
Both parties highlighted the importance of promoting mutual publication in the scientific journals of the two colleges and enhancing student experience through reciprocal scientific visits.
Commenting on the agreement, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah, Dr. Jalal Yassin Mustafa, stated that this agreement complements a series of previous collaborations aimed at enriching scientific and academic activities and elevating the standing of the college and the university within scientific communities.
