College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah tops the national ranking of Iraqi universities
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah has achieved second place in the results of the Iraqi National Ranking of Universities, Colleges, and Departments, which is conducted annually by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to evaluate the quality of institutional and academic performance.
This achievement reflects a sustained approach to excellence, as the college has consistently maintained its advanced positions within the “golden square” for several consecutive years.
Moreover, this ranking holds special significance given the intensity of competition, as the college outperformed 14 competing colleges of veterinary medicine across Iraq.
