The University of Basrah Honors the “Al-Thakireen” Student Team on the Occasion of Their Graduation in Recognition of Their Volunteer Impact
The Deanship of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized a graduation and appreciation ceremony for members of the “Al-Thakireen” student team from the fifth-stage students, in recognition of their outstanding efforts and continuous humanitarian and volunteer activities inside and outside the university campus throughout their years of study.
The ceremony witnessed wide praise from the Dean of the College, Dr. Jalal Yassin Mustafa, who expressed his pride in seeing this distinguished group of students graduate while carrying the banner of both knowledge and humanitarian work. He commended their social awareness, organized teamwork, and creative ideas that left a clear positive impact on the university environment.
This honor came in conjunction with the imminent graduation of the team’s 13 male and female members, who successfully laid the first foundations of the team through sincere self-driven efforts before it was officially recognized in 2024 as one of the first pioneering student teams established at the university.Media and Government Communication Division
