A master degree at veterinary medicine college/ university of Basrah, under the title hormonal and histological study of  the pure ginseng effects on testis during and out breeding season in ram, discussed the role of the ginseng on the ram testis hormonal level and the histological changes. 
The student included physiological parameters of sperms of rams and measured the hormonal level on testis level. The study concluded that using the ginseng in nutrition of rams increases hormonal level and increases the fertility of ram through increasing sperms of ram. 
Finally, the study recommended studying  molecular techniques of the ginseng to find its effects on the male and female reproductive system diseases.
