The Veterinary Medicine college at the University of Basrah held a workshop under the title " how to start a poultry farm"
The workshop aimed to train attendees starting and running poultry farms within scientific guidelines to help investors avoiding failure and getting a benefit from poultry farm businesses.
Dr. Waleed Majeed is a poultry diseases expert, mentioned in this Workshop the perfect way in building poultry farms and acceptable dimensions within and between farm sections.  Dr. Majeed talked about dealing with poultry diseases on one side and finding a good market on the other side.
