The Veterinary Medicine college held a seminar about the identified Newcastle disease virus and fellowed vaccination timelines that be used in the chicken farms within the Basrah province area. The seminar was presented by Hussein Munshid. He used PCR techniques and Histological examinations to check Newcastle Disease ecology after clinical signs appeared.
The seminar was aimed to register the Newcastle Virus and find a proper vaccine guideline in the chicken farms for eggs. The study concluded finding Newcastle disease examination for the first time in the chicken farms for egg-producing within Basrah territory. Also, the study concluded using the local vaccine program match with immunological titer and check commercial vaccine titer every 10 days.
